• A:Answer Hello Monroe, Thanks for reaching out. We're happy to answer your question. Dissolved minerals and trapped air are the cause of cloudy cubes. This is normal and not harmful in any way. The cubes freeze so fast that the air and minerals do not have time to dissipate. Using a filtration system or a reverse osmosis system will help somewhat but the cubes will never be completely clear. Hope this helps. Best wishes. Mike@GEA

Freezer Basket: 12" W x 9.5" H x 10" D. Also, the fresh food section is approximately 18.28"W x 22.25". Shelf dimensions are normally within 1/2"-3/4" less than the interior Width (W) dimension.
