Q: QuestionDoes the Black Slate appear more black or grey? The product photos look jet black. Is it matte, gloss, black stainless/textured and please confirm if inner seal is also black? Ordered different brand & product photos show black seal but it was pure white.

• A:Answer Hello. Thanks for reaching out! The model you are looking at is stainless steel with a high gloss finish, which is closer to a grey color. Black slate is a deep charcoal- closer to a black color. The gaskets are dorian gray, which is almost black. Q: QuestionI have been using this garage ready refrigerator for just about three months and noticed that the freezer is not functioning properly. Even at the coldest temp. setting, the actual temp stays similar to the refrigerator, no where near the freezer zone.
