When they delivered the fridge they removed the old one as it was set up that way when it was purchased

The haul away service was an option on line when ordering an appliance or TV. When purchasing in a store from a salesman, you tell them you have an old appliance you want hauled away and they will add that to your order. You need to take some responsibility. We’ve done it both ways, and it has worked fine. Best Buy is very proactive in satisfying the customer.
