QuestionDoes this refrigerator have a 2nd optional ice maker

- Answer Yes, BestBuy sales staff was unaware of this, but after I provided the item # from GE, they were able to set me up. It goes down in the freezer, works great, and I don't think the overall package would workout for me without this, due to the small volume in the included ice maker.

QuestionI purchased a GE refrigerator PYE22KMKES. The model number inside of my refrigerator says that the model # is PYE22KMKFES. Is this the same model? A rebate offered by GE lists the model PYE22KMKES as qualifying for the rebate.

- Answer Hi Nurse- Yes, the models numbers are the same. When the model is manufactured, these extra letters/numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. QuestionWhere are the temperature settings for the freezer

- Answer Hi - The refrigerator has exterior temperature controls. Press Fridge pad or Freezer pad to adjust the temperature. The temperature adjustment only goes one direction. When you keep pressing the Fridge or Freezer pad, the temperature setting will go up until it reaches the maximum limit and then starts over at the lowest limit. - Answer Hello Tori - Facing the front of the unit the cord is on right 8" up & 2" over to left. This power cord is 61 inches long. The water valve on most GE refrigerators is near the bottom of the back of the refrigerator. Some models have the valve on the right when viewing the refrigerator from the back, and some models have the valve on the left when viewing the refrigerator from the back. - TREY@GEA
