“The LED light for the control panel does not light up. I can see the temp numbers adjust up and down, but the LED light does not light. How do I fix this?”

Hi - Thank you for checking with us. In the event someone inadvertently placed the unit in the Sabbath mode, try pressing and holding the Alarm and Water Filter pads at the same time for 5 seconds and see if that restores the lighting on the control panel. If it doesn't, press and hold those pads again for 5 seconds. If the issue persists, disconnect power to the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes by unplugging the unit or at your breaker box to reset the electronics. If this does not restore the lighting for the control panel, you will need service. We hope this helps. All our best! Vikki@GEA
