“I just purchased this refrigerator and noticed that motor is much louder than my last fridge. Could there be something wrong with it. It’s loud enough that I can hear it in my spare bedroom when nobody’s here but me.”

I had an 1985 that I replaced. The noise level on this one was so slight that I checked to see if it was working. I would probably question yours. I find it to be extremely quiet.
