Hello there - We are so sorry that dirty water is found on your cups and bowls after washing. This would be discouraging and we can certainly understand your concern. Since this poor wash performance could be caused by a few different reasons, we encourage you review the article titled, "Dishwasher - Poor Wash Performance," found by typing that title into the search bar on our website. Additionally, proper loading will ensure optimal wash performance and pages 15 and 16 of the owner's manual offer loading guidelines for your dishwasher: https://files.bbystatic.com/NsOaz5hQ5gdU3p6EfsK%2FGg%3D%3D/a16e91f3-13a0-4c02-bd85-dc04a33c967e.pdf. If the issue persists despite trying the troubleshooting tips in the article and following the loading guidelines, then we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your dishwasher. You can schedule service online through our website or by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. We hope this is insightful. If you need anything else, please connect with us - we're always glad to help out. Be well, Kelsey@GEA
