Hello George - Thank you for your question; we are happy to help! There is no difference between these two models. The GDT695SSJ4SS is the same as the GE® Stainless Steel Interior Dishwasher with Hidden Controls GDT695SSJSS: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/GDT695SSJSS These are the same model. When the appliance is manufactured, extra numbers are placed on the rating plate and product registration to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made.
