QuestionMy dishes come out like this. I am really disappointed from GE dishwasher.

- Answer Hot water is essential for proper wash and dry performance. The water coming into the dishwasher needs to be a minimum of 120°F and no greater than 150°F. To check the water temperature, run the hot water at the kitchen sink and measure the temperature of the running water with a candy or meat thermometer. If the incoming water temperature is less than 120°F, adjust the temperature of your water heater accordingly. We also recommend using the Wash Heat Boost option on every cycle. This will further heat the water in the dishwasher which not only improves the wash performance but the dry performance as well. It will aid in the evaporation of the water from the dishes when the cycle is complete. If you continue to have issues, we recommend contacting our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your dishwasher evaluated and repaired as needed. -Vikki@GEAppliances

- Answer Yes, the options light up on the top inside of the door where you choose which type of wash you want. Also, a light displays on the outside of the door so you can see it is running.

- Answer Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in a new GE Appliances dishwasher. As a built-in unit, his model does not include a power cord as it is usually hard-wired into the electrical supply for your home. We do offer an optional power cord you can purchase if your previous model dishwasher was plugged into an electrical outlet. The dishwasher does include the drain hose needed to connect to your existing drain. You will need to supply the water line needed to connect the dishwasher to your incoming hot water supply.
