We can understand how frustrating this is for you and would like to help. Typically this isn't an issue with the dishwasher, it is due to your water not being hot enough to dissolve the detergent. Turn your hot water on first before turning your dishwasher on. The water going into the dishwasher must be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and not more than 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The water temperature can be checked with a candy or meat thermometer by turning on the faucet nearest the dishwasher. Place the thermometer in a glass and let the water run into the glass until the temperature stops rising. Also be sure you aren't blocking your detergent cup from opening by placing a bowl in the lower left corner of the bottom rack. If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. We are always happy to help! Joyce@GEA
