“Why does my soap look like this more often than not after a wash cycle? I made sure nothing was blocking the dispenser and still I’ve gotten this more than clean dishes. Waste of water, soap and time. So frustrating!”

Hello. Thanks for letting us know how things are going. We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the soap. To troubleshoot, use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. You can also make sure inlet water temperature is correct. Turn on the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher, let run until the water temperature stops rising. Then start the dishwasher and turn off the faucet. This ensures the entering water is hot. Select Wash Temp - Boost. If this does not help, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
