“Hi: How do I prevent condensed hot steam from dripping from the vent in the upper left corner down into the front door? It is already happening. This will eventually ruin the finishing of the front door. Thanks, JCPP”

Hi JCPP - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the leak from the door vent. We can certainly understand your concern and glad to help. On models with external vents, it is normal for warm, moist air to come through the vent during drying and when water is being pumped out. This is necessary for drying. If the vent cap on the inside of the door at the top corner is loose, water can leak from the door. Hand tighten the vent cap to prevent leaking. We hope this is helpful.
