“Purchased this dishwater for our new home. Ran multiple cycles but the dishwater will not heat dry. Does not get hot at all, it runs cycles with cold water, dishes not clean and has standing water at the bottle once we open it. Anyone else has this prob?”

If you are finding that the water coming into the unit is not getting hot, there may be an issue with your water heater. If dirty water is building up over time in the bottom of the dishwasher and do not have an air gap make sure you have a high drain loop.
