How do I remove the top rack? null

Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us! To remove the upper rack: 1.Pull the rack out to its full extension. 2.Reach under the rack and push the release levers. a. Push down on the left side rack rail. b. Push up on the right side rack rail. 3.The rack should slide out with the side rails attached. 4.Reinstallation is a little trickier since the rack is not really secure on the tub rails until the installer hears each release lever click to engage. a. It may help to have two people- one to support the rack and one to manipulate the rails. b. It may be easier to hold the rack still and move the rails to get one side engaged at a time.
