“If water leaks into drip pan from washing machine how do I get it out? (no drain available) Will the water be accessible to me or will it just sit in drip pan festering?”

It sit there, but you can wipe up with small towels. Basically not easy, I bought it for the extra 4” inch height. 4” inches doesn’t seem like much but it sure helped.

This pedestal and drip pan does actually have a drain hose that can be plumbed into a floor drain or drained into a container.
