QuestionWhat is the height (available space) between the first and second drawers?

- Answer Hello Rose - Thank you for your patience while we found this information. The minimum spacing (with shelf/pan in lowest position) is ~ 5 ½”. The shelf/pan combo can then be adjusted upwards based on additional ribs by 2” increments with a total of 9 slots. Please let us know if you have any more questions! - John

QuestionCan the middle drawer on the fridge side be adjusted? The space available underneath it does not seem very tall.

- Answer Drawers are not adjustable, but you may adjust the shelves above them to create more space.

QuestionIs it normal for the freezer to fluctuate from 0 to 6 degrees after a week? Also there is frost on the products inside of the freezer and the freezer door doesn’t close smoothly? Has anyone else had this issue and if so what can I do to resolve it?!

- Answer I have not had any issue with the door closing smoothly at all , I checked my temp after reading your question mine appears to be maintaining 0 degrees. I would have the door checked out it should close smoothly.

- Answer Hello JHIL. The refrigerator controls will go to sleep and turn-off/fade after a certain period of non-use. On occasion you might have to touch the controls. There is not a way to have the temperature display stay on continuously. Thanks for checking. Olga

QuestionWhat is the length of electricity connection wire on this refrigerator?

- Answer Hi Carol - Both are 35 3/4" wide. GSS25IBNTS was introduced in 2019. GSE25HBLTS was introduced in 2018 and is Energy Star Rated. GSS25IBNTS has Showcase LED Lighting. - Answer Hi Gigi - A refrigerator drip pan catches water from the defrost cycle. Water is carried down a drain tube to the drip pan, where it evaporates. 1987 and newer models have a fixed drip pan and not easily accessible; it cannot be removed and does not require cleaning. - Answer Hi Brrr- The refrigerator has "Never Clean Condenser". The condenser coils are located in the compressor housing instead of on the back, keeping them clean and functioning optimally. This design allows for more efficient airflow. The coils will not require cleaning under normal condition since they are encased. While it is not necessary for the performance of the refrigerator, if you want to clean dust, pet hair, etc. off the floor beneath the refrigerator, an appliance brush or vacuum with a hose attachment can be used. Also, the drip pan is not removable- no maintenance required. Thanks for choosing GE. Enjoy! Sue

- Answer The Profile measures 68.75 inches height with a depth of 50.125 with door open at 90 degrees. It has 2 freezer shelves, Quick Freeze and wire shelving. It also has 653 KWH of annual electricity use. This refrigerator measures 69 inches in height. The depth with door open at 90 degrees for the 50 inchesd. It has 3 freezer shelves and and spill proof glass shelves. This refrigerator has 708 KWH of annual electricity use.
