- Answer Unless the latching system of the tubular handle is the same, then I'm going to guess NO. I saw the guy taking them out and putting them on because it would not go thru front door. They even had to remove the doors! anyways, the way it secures, is by a oval hook on each end and then is secured by an allen bolt that screws from the side.

- Answer Hi there, DaveO - Great question! If the refrigerator must go through any entrance that is less than 38" wide, the doors must be removed. Don't remove the handles. - Answer Hi there, Judi - Great question! We comply with all federal, state and international requirements regarding hazardous substances and meet those standards. We also comply with federal and state chemical labeling laws, like California Proposition 65. The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe or poses a health risk. Over 800 chemicals are on this list, including wood dust, nickel (found in stainless steel), nicotine, and alcohol. Additionally, even inaccessible parts can cause the warning. We can understand your concern; however, we do not provide detailed information about what causes the Prop 65 warning to apply. Thanks for checking! -Mikayla

QuestionIs this model manufactured or assembled in Mexico? I had read that those models have had problems with the ice maker.

QuestionIs it possible to buy a deli bin for model GSS25GYPFS side by side GE refrigerator? I see one available on several sites but this model number is not listed. This fridge fits all my needs except for the deli drawer.

- Answer I just purchased this model last week and wanted to order a deli drawer also but since there's no deli drawer add-on available for purchase for this model, an alternative might be worthwhile. Looking around I found the largest, widest and deepest one I could. Compared to the durable stock drawers that came with fridges years ago, and today's not being as good because of the thickness of the plastics used from the fridge manufacturers (made to break) I think this is as close a person could get to decent quality, and it may just fit two drawers side by side almost exactly. Most add-on drawers purchased anywhere else only have 3" deep drawers (barely any depth), but this one is 4.5"D, and with frame is 5.3". With this one too, the shelf thickness could accommodate and fit these drawers. Best Best Buy says the inside of this model's width from side to side is 18.2" Two of these deli drawers measuring at 9.1"W could fit another one next to it on the same shelf (if you wanted more than one). I took a couple photos from an Amazon customer to show. I purchased these drawers as well to install in mine when it gets delivered.
