Q: QuestionLooking at the 25.6 cu French door with Water/ice in door. It is slightly to big to get in my doorway. Can the doors be removed to get though the doorway. Or any suggestions?

• A:Answer Yes. They had to remove the doors to get it thru my front door. It didn’t seem to be a problem.

Q: QuestionMy freezer was set at 0 degrees F. I pressed button and it showed 0 degrees. I pressed again thinking it would turn off display but instead it moved temperature to 1 degree F. How do I get it back to 0 degrees F?

The "Freezer " adjustment button will continue to increase the temperature until it reaches 5 degrees Fahrenheit, then it will cycle to its lowest maximum temperature and count up. In other words, it only goes in one direction and then repeats. In your case, we would recommend pressing the button continuously until it cycles back to 0. This is also the case for adjusting the refrigerator temperature. • A:Answer Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We truly hate to hear your actual temperature is not reflecting the set temperature of your refrigerator. We know that must be concerning, and would like to assist. If your refrigerator is new, it may take a couple days to cool down to the set temperature. You might want to check that the refrigerator door is closing completely and the gasket has no gaps or tears that may be preventing a proper seal. The door also shouldn't be opened too often, if possible. Making sure the unit has proper air clearance and has a reasonable food load also helps to ensure it cools enough. We have an article on our GE website titled 'Refrigerator - Not Cooling Enough' with additional troubleshooting steps, if you'd like to reference that. Our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737 if you are not able to resolve the cooling issue, and a technician would be glad to help resolve.
