• A:Answer Hi Mona, We would be happy to help! The approximate dimensions for this model are as follows: Width: 35 3/4", Height: 69 7/8", Depth: 35 7/8". Also, we are finding that this unit does have a Sabbath Mode. To enable and disable this mode, you need only press and hold the LOCK and LIGHT buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. • A:Answer Hi Lee the wattage of this fridge is 1,800 Watts. This power specs of this fridge is 120 Volts, 60Hz, 15 Amps, This may seem like a really high number. Usually when the compressor kicks on it starts at that wattage and then uses a lot less energy once the fridge gets down to temperature.

Q: QuestionHow do I check the temperature for fridge and/or freezer. When I press the buttons labeled freezer/fridge it just changes the temperature setting. I want to know the actual temperature of each compartment.

• A:Answer Hi jm - Thanks for reaching out to us. We want to help! If the refrigerator temperature sensor is blocked, it may not be able to correctly sense temperature to control cooling. The temperature sensor is located at the top of the refrigerator, on the ceiling above the top shelf. The sensor looks like a dome with slats. Move items so there is 6 inches of clearance around the sensor. Check the setting on the full-width drawer and set to Cold (vs Coldest). Choose factory settings; 0F Freezer, 37F Refrigerator. Food load is an important factor. The drawers and compartment should ideally be 1/2 full or more. Freezing occurs when the refrigerator does not have enough food to absorb the cold air.
