Water drop inside what I do? null

Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear water is leaking on the inside and glad to help! The unit may be installed so that it is tilted slightly into the room. It should be level or tilted slightly to the outside (about 1/4") so that any excess water will drip outside rather than leak into the room. Dirty filters can also cause moisture to collect and drip on the floor.
