How the get my ac to stop leaking on my carpet null

You're supposed to install this with the unit tilted upwards a little so anything drains to the back and outside. Try adjusting it and see if that works. This should be in the installation instructions

However, the unit should leak outside. To make sure this happens, the air conditioner should tilt slightly outside. The front of the appliance should be about 1/4" higher than the rear.
