I can think of a couple of reasons one the unit might be too small for the room too you might have excessively high humidity in that room and or have you cleaned your filter

Air conditioners do draw moisture from the air as they are cooling; however, since they are not dedicated dehumidifiers, there is no way to set the actual humidity percentage. This model unit also does not have they Dry mode which is specifically for dehumidification. We're always here if you need anything! Mike@GEA
