“The unit rattles after I attach the exhaust hose and turn it on. How I can stop the rattling?”

Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your GE Model # APCA09YZBW! We are sorry to hear of the rattling and apologize for any concern and inconvenience this has caused. Be sure to place the air conditioner on a flat, level surface. Also, install the exhaust hose assembly by screwing the hose counterclockwise into the exhaust port on the back of the Air Conditioner then insert the Exhaust Hose Adapter into the opening in the Window Kit and slide it into the locking position.
