“I bought this for a bedroom in our house. The venting window is 26 inches. If I put one of the window kit inserts into the main panel it is too big for the window. If I don’t, it is too small. It is opposed to adjust but I cannot make it the right size.”

I ended up cutting it to make it fit. It woke better now.

I have the exact same problem. The extension panels block the vent tube hole from connecting when I make the kit the full length of my window. Can locks are not locked. It simply can’t fit without cutting.
