“Hello, I got this less than a month and only hot air comes out even though I have it at its coolest level. I tried changing the tempt and tried the fan but the air is still not cold, any tips on how to get it to work??”

For the best cooling performance, make sure the filter is clean, the unit is properly exhausted outside, and the unit is not covered or near any large furniture or walls.
