Q: QuestionMy water dispenser is very slow since we bought it. Bought this at the Best Buy outlet. It was in excellent condition. There is no kink in the water line. Could it be the filter even though it’s new?

• A:Answer Yes, that is a possibility. We encourage you to remove the filter and install the bypass plug. If the water flow improves with the bypass plug installed, replace the filter. if you did not receive a bypass plug with your refrigerator, please call 1-800-432-2737 to obtain one free of charge. If the water flow does not improve with the bypass plug installed, you need service. We recommend calling Bodewell directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your refrigerator evaluated and repaired as needed.

• A:Answer The door stop on this refrigerator is 150°. The doors must be able to open fully to pull the full width deli tray out for cleaning. We recommend 17" of unobstructed clearance on each side to open the doors fully.

• A:Answer Check to make sure the water valve is on (normally under your kitchen sink or behind the refrigerator in the wall) and there's no kink in the feed line where connected in the back. Also, you should check to see if you're getting any water out of the dispenser inside the left side.
