QuestionWe bought & had this unit installed on 4/8 and today I could hear a Quiet buzzing sound coming from the unit that was start & stop. Now our freezer is not working, but the refrigerator section still is? All food in freezer has gone bad! What do we do?????

- Answer We appreciate you reaching out to us with your question. Once the water line is connected to your unit you can start using the water and ice. This icemaker makes approximately 3.9 lbs. per day. This is also the amount of ice the bin holds. We recommend to dispense water for at least 2 minutes to remove any air from the system.

- Answer The freezer temperature is preset in the factory at 0°F, and the fresh food compartment temperature is factory preset at 37°F. Please allow 24 hours for the temperatures to stabilize to the preset recommended settings.

QuestionMy water dispenser is very slow since we bought it. Bought this at the Best Buy outlet. It was in excellent condition. There is no kink in the water line. Could it be the filter even though it’s new?

- Answer Yes, that is a possibility. We encourage you to remove the filter and install the bypass plug. If the water flow improves with the bypass plug installed, replace the filter. if you did not receive a bypass plug with your refrigerator, please call 1-800-432-2737 to obtain one free of charge. If the water flow does not improve with the bypass plug installed, you need service. We recommend calling Bodewell directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your refrigerator evaluated and repaired as needed.

- Answer The door stop on this refrigerator is 150°. The doors must be able to open fully to pull the full width deli tray out for cleaning. We recommend 17" of unobstructed clearance on each side to open the doors fully.

- Answer No, this model does not offer a dispenser on the door. Ice is available by opening the freezer drawer and using a scoop or clean cup to get the ice you need right from the ice bin.

- Answer The water dispenser hose is a bit short. The button is not hard to push but I feel if you don’t push it at the right spot it stops easily. We have had this fridge for about a month and I think it is normal.
