Some installers may do the work correcting cutout and base, and some Best Buy subcontracted installers will not. Too much of a gamble on game day, so we paid the guy who did the free Best Buy "Site Survey" to fix the cutout. His charge to do this work was completely reimbursed via GE's guaranteed fit program! This only works if you are replacing a GE with a qualified GE appliance.
