Q: QuestionWhen measuring the depth of my cabinet it’s 24 inches which is plenty deep. However I have an electrical box in the back which is approximately 2 inches, will the oven still fit?
Asked by PJD.
- A:Answer Hi there, Based on the diagram on pg. 3 of your installation instructions, we are finding that the minimum cutout depth is 23 1/2". With that in mind, if you only have a depth of 22" you may run into some trouble in fitting your wall oven into the space. If you have more questions about dimensions or installation, take a look at pg. 3 section 2C for a diagram as well as a table with more information. Here is a copy of your installation instructions for you: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-11109-1.pdf - We hope that this helped! Thank you so much for your question. -Michael

Q: QuestionJust got this oven to replace an old profile model It seems to me that it takes forever to preheat even to just 350. I set time for 10 min and it went off and the oven was only up to 300. I feel like my last oven got to temp much faster. Is this normal
Asked by KaMan.
- A:Answer Hello KaMan - Thank you for being part of the GE Appliances family. Preheat takes approximately 10-20 minutes depending on model. your oven does feature a "Hidden Bake" element in both ovens meaning the elements are covered. This makes cleaning the interior of the oven a breeze but can add to preheat times. Enjoy your oven! - John
