“Why does hot air blow into my kitchen out of the bottom vent? Along with all smells of cooking. Shouldn't this be vented out the roof? NOT inside my home?”

This oven doesn't offer a ventilation system that exits your home. Any excess heat from cooking and cooking odors are vented into the kitchen.
