Q: QuestionI have a 27" white oven/microwave wall oven JK3800DH7WW. Is it possible to replace just the floor of the oven?it is scratched from cleaning because the self cleaning function never worked well. It is less than 2 yrs old. So disappointing.

• A:Answer This is one complete attached unit. Our issue was the old microwave that no longer worked. There is no way to replace one without the other unless you change your appliances to a stand alone microwave and a wall oven only

Q: QuestionMy combination microwave oven is bad. I don't want to buy the combo any more. Can I just buy two separate units (microwave and oven) to replace. Can they be installed at the same place I had for combo before?

Q: QuestionI just purchased this oven to replace a GE JKP90SM2SS. It was installed this morning and it juts out from the cabinet about an inch. Is there a trim kit available to make this less noticeable? Or did the installers not do it properly?

Q: QuestionMy GE needs to have the control panel replaced. It is about 8 years old. I was told by the repairman that the control panel is no longer available. So I am concidering buying a new one. When did this GE model come out of the factory?

Q: QuestionI'm replacing a GE JKP65 (1994 vintage). Considering the GE Double Electric Wall Oven JK3800DHWW. Old unit appears to be a bit smaller than 27" but I think the existing unit is actually a 27". Looking to see if the actual dimensions are similar.
