Hi - Thanks for considering GE! Heater is 4500W, washer motor is 350W; dryer motor is 430W (full load) or 165 W (no load); total load (4500+350+430) = 5280W or 5.280 KW. This appliance should be connected to an individual, properly-grounded branch circuit with 240V or 208V single-phase 60 Hz electrical service and should be protected by 30-amp time-delay fuses or circuit breakers KW Rating per voltage (240/208).
