“Happy with this machine for eight months. One day the balance got off and it shook so hard we had to turn it off, pull a dripping wet blanket out, and wash again. Now the problem happens every time we wash a blanket, even with small loads! What to do?”

I share your same problems the machine shakes and destroyed my clothes… ask for repairs often cause I suspect it’s defective
