I have same experience. But have only used the washer dryer once. Ours had a noise , but was told the unit was a self balance . Also the Rod that is in place on the bottom side should not be left in place, but removed from the unit and stored away for later reinsert if you was moving from your residence, the rod would need to be reinserted to protect the washer drum from turning and causing damage to the unit , that causes washer to not spin out the water .
