We do hate to hear you've had an issue with the balance being off every load; we know that would cause concern, and we'd like to assist. When you load the washer, we recommend loading dry items loosely around the basket and going no higher than the top role of holes in the basket. If you’re loading wet items, make sure you’re setting the load/water level high enough so the items can still move freely. Long items like sheets or pants should not be wrapped around the agitator. If these loading tips are not followed, there is a higher chance of the load becoming out of balance. If you are loading the washer according to these tips, and still having an out of balance problem, you may want to check that the machine is level. If it's not, that could result in the unit more easily becoming out of balance. The levelness of the unit can be adjusted, if needed, using the front leveling legs; further details on this process are available in the installation instructions. If your problem continues, we are always available to help; our service department can also be reached at 1-800-432-2737 if needed. We hope this information is helpful, and you are able to wash your items without any further out of balance issues. Wishing you all the best! -Sarah@GEA
