If you have not done so already, we recommend turning off the breakers to the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once power is restored, we recommend contacting our GE Appliances team of experts Bodewell at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your unitized washer/dryer evaluated and repaired as needed. -Vikki@GEAppliances
