Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We're sorry that the dryer is dripping water at the door and that the clothes are not coming out dried all of the way. We see how this can be frustrating. We suggest that you double check the load size to ensure that you are not overloading the dryer. Overfilling with a bunch of sopping wet clothes may cause this too. You can find loading instructions on page 14 of the unit's Use and Care manual. Otherwise, We recommend that you call your installer to check the exhaust. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at our social pages. Stay safe! Emily@GEA

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like it could be. Have an authorized repairman come check it out. Our dryer quit after one week. The tech said a connection inside came loose. We waited 2 weeks before he came out. Not what I would expect from a GE product less than a month old. Hopefully it's the last for many years. Replaced a Whirlpool washer and dryer that was still working after 19 years with 0 problems other that the dryer belt . Had to replace due to space limitations.
