Hi - Thank you for having purchased a GE laundry center. When the Precise Fill water level is selected it is not unusual for the the tub to turn as it fills to sense the size of the load to ensure the proper amount of water is being used. Also, certain cycles incorporate short periods of "soak" to provide the best possible cleaning performance. When soaking, the washer will stop agitating. If you do not feel this describes the manner in which your washer is operating, we recommend calling GE service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment to have the washer checked. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems to be. I really like this unit. I even like what i consider the “soaking time.”
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know the minutes, but when we start the wash cycle it starts to agitate, then it stops to add water, then starts to agitate again, will stop again to add water, then starts agitate again. We think it has something to do with the precise water fill setting. Dont know if it is supposed to do that but it washes fine.
