A:Answer Hello. We appreciate you reaching out, though we hate to hear the dryer isn’t working properly; we know any issue with the appliance would be concerning, and we’re glad to advise. If the dryer isn’t working at all, you may want to check the plug as well as the fuse and/or circuit breaker to ensure enough power is reaching the unit (electric dryers often use two fuses/breakers, so if only one is working that may cause issues). We do have Troubleshooting Tips starting on page 21 of the manual as well; if you’d like to view those, the manual is available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. If you aren’t able to resolve the issue, our Service Department is available at 1-800-432-2737, and a technician would be glad to examine the unit.
