• Hello KitchenremodelKim. This is RICHARDatGEA. The control knobs on the JGP329SETSS are a Brushed Stainless over Plastic and are dishwasher safe. While I do not have the gauge available, all of our stainless steel products are tested for durability, appearance and quality. Thanks for the question!
