Hello - Thanks for reaching out! To reach a 10' ceiling, you would use a JXDC72 extension kit and the unit would need to be installed at 36"-38". We're sorry, however, we don't have an extension for ceilings that are above 10 ft. and unfortunately, it's not possible to couple multiple duct covers together. Custom fabrication will be required for heights beyond our maximum of 10 ft. Thanks for checking with us! - Sharon@GEA
