Q: QuestionIn your product specification for the GE designer 30" convertible range hood model UVW8301SLSS, it states there are two filters. However, the product picture shows there are three filters. Which one is correct?

• A:Answer Hey there, We absolutely understand how this could be confusing and will be happy to explain. This model has 3 removable and washable grease filters. • A:Answer The supplied duct cover fits 7'-7" to 9'-6" ceiling heights. The vent hood must be installed between the 24” required minimum and 36” recommended maximum above the cooking surface. For more information, see the Installation Height Table on page 12 of the Owner’s Manual which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.
