A:AnswerHi-this is Sue from GE. We are happy to provide assistance with the self-cleaning feature.
Before setting the self-clean cycle, close and latch the door. Press the Self Clean pad and a default self-clean time is displayed. The clean time can be changed to any time between 3:00 and 5:00 hours by using the +/- pads to enter a different time and pressing Start. For heavily soiled ovens, the maximum 5 hour clean time is recommended. If you wish to use the default time, press the Start pad immediately after pressing the Self Clean pad. The oven will turn off automatically when the self-clean cycle is complete. We suggest to view the details in the owner's manual on page 20. Here is the link:

A:AnswerHi-this is Sue from GE Appliances. Thanks for your purchase! Many new ovens today do not have an interior light switch that automatically comes on when the door is opened. An ON/OFF switch operates the oven light. This allows you to turn on the oven light and look through the window at the food without having to open the door. It is located on the control panel. Thanks for checking with us. Enjoy!
A:AnswerHello - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. This is a wonderful range. It offers the traditional cooking technology but not convection. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
A:AnswerHello - this is Nancy at GE and I am happy to help you. The only cooking products that are hardwired are built-in cooking products such as wall ovens, cooktops, hoods and drop-in ranges. Non-built-in cooking products such as this range, do not come with a power cord and is purchased separately. It is not possible to determine what an area's local electrical codes require, and we suggest that you consult with your local electrical code to verify what is needed for your area. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
