• You could cut the wood that’s between out. This unit is all one piece

• Hello - We appreciate your interest in this beautiful combo and we are happy to help! There is no trim available for this model. The cabinet cutout dimensions are: 28-5/8" W x 42-1/4" H x 23-1/2" D. You will have to modify your cabinet opening to fit this model. Thanks for checking. Olga@GEA
