Either one of two things. The Eco mode likes to turn on by default and the fan mode will be on auto when this happens the unit will power down until the temperature rises a few degrees above the set temperature. My unit will start back up again. To avoid this set the mode to Cool and fan to low med ot high. The second thing could be if you have a conflicting schedule set in the app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have in eco mode it will wait 10 mins after shut off before getting temp again, the fan will kick on and see if the temp has raised enough yet (2-3* from what I can tell) if it hasn't hit its mark yet the fan will kick back off after a min. If you want a constant temp just put it in cool mode (this isn't as energy efficient as the compressor will run the whole time where in eco and set to auto speed, the fan will adjust according to temp and the compressor will cycle to save power) eco will have more fluctuating temps where cool will focus on keeping the temp the same.
