An air conditioner may not cool properly due to restricted airflow, incorrect temperature settings, a dirty filter, a hot starting room, cold air escaping, or iced‑up cooling coils. For ways to troubleshoot this issue, see the “Air conditioner does not cool as it should” section on page 13 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. -- If those tips don’t help, see page 17 of the Owner’s Manual for warranty exchange information. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What is the air temp in the home currently going into the unit. The outlet air will only be 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the intake air from the inside. As it cools down the room the outlet air will also get colder.
