Is this a super quiet air conditioner? null

Much quieter then say a box fan, it is noisy if you decide to leave the plug in as the fan will hit the water that drips from condensation so the water keeps it cool (it's more efficient with the plug in) but if you want quiet over effectiveness then just pull the plug and you will just have a fan noise. We have ours right next to us and can hear the TV fine with it on.
