Please try again later.The guy that said to remove the plug, its recommended to leave the plug in so the water can rise enough so the fan throws it on the condenser etc, to help efficiency, it is normal for the water to rise to the bottom vent and drain that way, these have to be titled at 5* so it will properly drain, other wise the water will come forward and leak through the front and potentially cause damage.
