Q: QuestionWhat are the measurements for refrigerator model GYE22GYNFS and the model year? Specs say the Height to be 70-1/2" x 35-3/4" Wide; but then lists Height to Top of Door Hinge @ 69-7/8". What is correct Height?

Q: QuestionHow do I get the water" Filter ByPass", part #WR17X23645. Page 11 of the manual says to get a free plug by calling 800-GECARES. Purchased refrig at Best Buy on 6-6-20. I called on 6-9-20 and was given an order number, but part never arrived. HELP !!

• A:Answer Hi Ruth - GE - ENERGY STAR® 22.1 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Model GYE22GYNFS cannot be operated on LP. It requires a 115 or 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. It should be on a dedicated circuit for best performance and to prevent overloading house wiring circuits. Thanks for considering GE! Keep in touch. Sue

Q: QuestionI have read reviews on this model. Several comments made that the film on door for protection is very difficult, if not impossible to remove. I verified this at store and yes, plastic film was sticking out everywhere. Is delivery responsible or owner?
