A:AnswerHi LEhartwe - Thanks for reaching to us to! We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience with the doors on your GE Profile Model PFE28KMKES and apologize for any frustration this has caused. The refrigerator should be firmly positioned on the floor and front raised just enough that the doors close easily when opened less than 90 degrees. At 90 degrees or more, the door will remain still or swing open. We suggest viewing the following link (video): https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=19144 - Also, here's the link to the Installation Guide for instructions:

A:AnswerHello Byron - Thank you for reaching out about your refrigerator. We are sorry to hear the dispenser is not working properly. Ice may occasionally jam in the ice chute. If this occurs, open the left refrigerator door, open the ice box door on the inside of the left door, then remove the ice bucket. Place a container in the dispenser recess on the outside of the door. Using a wooden spoon, push the ice out of the chute into the container in the recess. Your manual can be found here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60792-3.pdf Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John

A:AnswerHi TRAM - Refrigerator door stops help prevent damage to adjacent walls, cabinets, and the refrigerator door. They allow the door to open wide enough for normal pan removal. They are included on all models, but are not in plain sight. They are located in the hinge system at the bottom of the door. The
door stops is set to 150 degrees and cannot be adjusted to another position.
If the door opens to a full 180 degrees, service may be needed. You can schedule online at GEAppliances.com/service or call GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737), Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET;
Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET. Keep in touch! Sue
