• use the full rinse option especially if you want all the softener to dispense

• Hi Rose- The washer has a shorter spray rinse unless you choose the Deep Rinse option. Choose Deep Rinse to provide a deep rinse or when using fabric softener. Keep in touch! SUE@GEA
